2016, the time was 1620hrs (East Africa
Time), when I have received an official
Email from African Union Commission, Youth Division; Mr. Daniel Adugna “Head of
Youth Division’ and has signed by Ms Prudence Ngwenya “The
Head of Division of Human Resource and Youth Development for the African Union
Commission”…..........
I couldn’t
express in words; when I have ensured that I have received that mail. I really became
